Welcome to our Family Site ...

Sergei Timofeivich (a guess at the way he would have spelled it) Kudym was the male first Kudym in my family line to reach the United States.  Sergei was born in a village in the Ukraine.  When he was still a young boy his parents decided to move to Vladivostok.  His father died shortly after moving and his mother remarried so he decided to move to the U.S. because his sister and her husband already lived there.  Sergei decided to change his name to a good American name, so he chose the name Fred.

I have created this site as a way to display information about our family.  The family members listed on this site follow the direct descendants of Fred (Sergei), Fred Richard and Fred David.
